Job Description
We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience across the stack to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React, Go, and TypeScript. You will also architect and deploy services on AWS and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on coding, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Over time, the role will expand into people leadership and strategic enablement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Build and maintain performant frontend applications using React and TypeScript

  • Design, develop, and optimize backend APIs and services in Go

  • Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS

  • Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes

  • Participate in and lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies

  • Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions

  • Mentor junior engineers and support their growth through technical guidance

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams

  • Drive best practices in performance, reliability, and software quality

Required Experience/Skills

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience

  • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development

  • Advanced expertise in Go (Golang) for backend and API design

  • Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)

  • Proficient with Kubernetes and container orchestration workflows

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, RESTful API design, and performance optimization

  • Comfortable in agile environments with experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices

  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience

Pay & Benefits Summary
Pay Rate: $70.68 - $75.98/hr. W2
